Introduction

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully as they govern your use of (which includes access to) the wonderland.ac website or software applications that incorporate or link to these Terms (the "Service") provided by the wonderland.ac group ("wonderland.ac", "We", or "Us"). By using the Service in any way, including but not limited to browsing, downloading from, uploading, or registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service or access any content.

The Service is split into 2 main sections, the Archive ("Archive") which is composed of third-party content hosted by Us and the Marketplace ("Marketplace") which offers content provided by Us or content of approoved third parties. Different terms apply to content provided by the 2 sections, as described further.

This Service hosts content for the gamer Minecraft, however it is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any official Minecraft entity. "Minecraft" and all related assets are trademarks of Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation.

Eligibility and Age requirements

By using the Service, you affirm that you are 18 years or older to enter into these terms or, if you are not, that you are 13 years or older and have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms. We aim to comply with COPPA and GDPR regulations.

The Service provided by Us

Service options

We provide numerous service options. Certain options are provided free of charge, while other options require payment before they can be accessed. We may also offer special promotional plans, memberships, or services, including offerings of third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties.

Limitations and modifications

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational and to satisfy user expectations; however We reserve the right to change the Service offerings and their availability without notice or liability from you. For example:

• We may stop (temporarily or permanently) providing any and all parts of the Service (including Paid Content).
• The Service may experience temporary interruptions due to maintanence, updating or testing.

We have no liability or obligation to you to provide reimbursement of any kind to you in connection with outages or failures beyond our control.

Your use of the Service

Access

You may need to create a wonderland.ac account ("Acccount") to use parts or all of the Service. To create an Account, you will be asked to provide a username, a password, and a verified email address. You agree that all information provided to Us will be true, accurate, and up-to-date. We reserve the right to take steps to ensure that any information you provide to Us in connection to your Account is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of any credentials used to access your Account. You must not disclose these credentials to others (except for a parent or guardian in the context of users under the age of 18).

You agree that you will be responsible for any action taken in your account and on the Service using your Account credentials, whether or not such actions have been authorized by you. You may only access the service through your own account. Selling or purchasing Accounts is prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account and your right to use and access the Service, including by terminating or suspending any alternate Account(s) you may have created with or without reason. Account suspension and termination may also include the loss of access to any content you have acquired on the Service (including Paid Content).

Marketplace Content

Any Paid Content, you are not permitted to leak, refund, crack, tamper with, manipulate, reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute or share. Any attempt may result in the termination of your Account.

Refunds to Paid Content are not permissible under any circumstances. If you attempt to initialize a payment dispute, your access will be revoked and Account terminated. When you buy Paid Content, you waive your right to dispute the payment.

We have the right to suspend or remove the availability of Paid Content from the Service and your Account.

Archive Content

We do not guarantee the safety, performance, or compatibility of any files on the Archive.

Any content may be removed at any point for any reason.

Automated access

You are not permitted to simulate human interaction or otherwise automate access to the Service.

Any attempt will result in the termination of your Account and may result in further restriction of your access to the service based on IP address, device information, browser data, or other parameters.

Privacy

We collect, store, and have the ability to access

• Account data. Including that which you provide at registration and which you provide after registration.
• Site activity metadata. Including timestamps, IP addresses, or browser data.
• Content you create on the Service

This data is used to run the Service, detect abuse, and serve ads. Your data will not be sold.
